The Discipleship Team at THRIVE exists to help people take their next step in growing deeper with Jesus. We believe spiritual growth does not happen by accident. It happens through intentional relationships, consistent teaching, and a community committed to becoming more like Christ.

Our team helps create and oversee opportunities for spiritual formation across all ages and stages of life. From Bible studies and small groups to classes, seasonal studies, and spiritual growth pathways, we seek to provide environments where people can learn, ask questions, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen their faith.

We are passionate about helping people move from simply attending church to actively living out their faith, rooted in God’s Word, growing in prayer, and walking alongside others in community.
