Home Bound Ministry

The Thrive Home Bound Ministry lovingly serves members of our congregation who are unable to attend church in person. Our heart is to ensure that every member remains connected, encouraged, and spiritually supported, no matter their circumstances.

Each Home Bound member is assigned a Shepherd. Shepherds are congregants, sometimes a couple, who regularly stay in touch to help the member remain actively connected to THRIVE. These Shepherds serve Communion at least quarterly, offering both spiritual care and personal encouragement.

For those who are unable to access our live stream services, a CD of the worship service is mailed to help maintain a meaningful connection with the congregation. Birthday cards are faithfully sent, and Sunshine Baskets are delivered when appropriate as reminders that they are loved and remembered.
